Reloving Unloved Toys

My doll face jewellery pieces are replicas of real broken antique doll heads from my own collection.

These little dollies were dirty and unloved, having been discarded and buried as rubbish over a hundred years ago.

I select the cheekiest faces, repair them, and hand cast copies, sometimes with a fabulous new hat!

Paper Doll Jewellery

Paper Doll Jewellery is a way for me to wear and share my antique paper doll collection.

Drawn by Grace G Drayton for Pictorial Review between 1913 and 1933 each doll, is restored, edited, enhanced, and then printed and hand coloured.

Each doll is sealed with several coats of tough spray varnish.
